I always order the 4-pack since I change my filter every two to three months. It is a shame that I have to contact customer service on every order because they send me ONE filter instead of the advertised 4-pack. My most recent order has now been delivered incorrectly two times. That means I have had to send back the ONE filter twice now. What gives Amazon? Maybe you should re-check the shipping company for competent shipping personnel.
